- For Junior Account Assistant – Graduation degree from the ratified organization/body/ university along with a typing speed in English/Hindi
- For Senior Clerk – Graduation degree from the ratified organization/body/ university
- For Junior Clerk – 12th class from the ratified organization/body/ university along with Typing speed in English/Hindi.
- For Accounts Clerk – 12th class from the ratified organization/body/ university along with Typing speed in English/Hindi.
- For Trains Clerk– 12th class from the ratified organization/body/ university along with Typing speed in English/Hindi.
